That title has nothing to do with this post, by the way.

To it.

I read my Bible today. I Corinthians 1.

I did read it, but I don't believe I assimilated it. I have to determine what assimilation means to me. I also have to set up my systems to make sure I'm not reading in a rush.

I continued reading a chapter of Atomic Habits.

Continued because I'd been reading it before. I barely even read one page, so I am not counting that as reading a chapter.

I've just written this post. It's 21:44 and my mind's racing back to the commitments I have.

I need to write a Data Analysis Report for the Strategy & Advisory project we have with Max-Migold for their Facility Management Master Craft Diploma.

But, here's to hoping I'd squeeze out time to finish my chapter.

And after a long week of mind-numbing stress (I'm looking at you, MTN), I get to stretch my muscles tomorrow. A quick 5k run, 30 mins on a bike and a swim (continuing my swimming lessons). Then, back to work.

That's it for today.

Cheers
