#43 - Can't think of a title

Today started off slow. Was about to get sucked into the scrolling doom, but I shaked it off. I squeezed a little bit of time for work then went for my run + swim.

Good run. 4.68k in 00:31:58 at a pace of 06:49km. Good swim as well. Started practicing the freestyle style, got more comfortable with breaststroke style underwater, dived into the pool for the first time.

I'm grateful for provision today. I'm also grateful that time and weather were in my favour today.

I have not ready my Bible or book today.
