#85 - Empty

The day started out alright.

I ran 5k at a 07:22 min/km pace. Left home for Driving Lessons Theory class at Unilag late cause I waited for breakfast. Got pressed on the way and had to go back to my friend's for quick relief. Important to note I was sweating buckets already.

Got to Unilag, had the class even though there was not much to learn, and went straight to the hub. Worked the whole day there though I didn't get much done.

Sidenote. I did write my weekly update for my education project and I'm happy about that.

Either way, it started raining; heavily at first, it subsided but didn't stop. So when I was riding back home at about 21:30, it was under inclement weather. Yes.I just had to use that word.

Got home, heated the spag from breakfast, had a warm bath and called it a night.

Throughout the day, I had a continued realisation or should I say reminder of just how far I'd come with my goals. I wasn't making much progress, I was aware of it, but still failing to correct it.

I am grateful for safe travels. Riding my bike at night, under the rain is a daring experience. I am grateful for safe travels every time I ride the bike, even more so with said conditions.

I have not read my Bible or book today.
